Terms of Use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
By using TicTacToe.net you agree to these terms. They're short, because the site is simple: it's a free game, so please enjoy it and play nice.
Using the site
You're welcome to play as much as you like, for personal, non-commercial fun. No account is needed. You agree not to misuse the site — for example by trying to disrupt or overload it, interfering with its security, or using automated tools to copy it in bulk in order to republish it.
Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and index the site — that's how people find us — as long as they follow our robots.txt.
Quick match
Quick match pairs you with another player who is looking for a game at the same time. If no one is available, you may be matched with a computer opponent instead. Quick CLASH works the same way: empty seats in a game are filled by computer opponents.
Our content
The site's design, artwork, text and code belong to TicTacToe.net. Tic tac toe itself belongs to everyone — play it anywhere you like — but please don't copy or republish the site or its assets without permission.
No guarantees
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and the bot honest, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your saved settings and scores will never be lost (they live in your browser, and clearing its data removes them).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TicTacToe.net is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Other websites
Some pages link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions? Contact us.
